              TIMOTHY PRICE RAPE AND SEX OFFENSE TRIAL SCHEDULED TO BEGIN WEDNESDAY, MAY 28, 2008

 

            Baltimore, MD – May 27, 2008 – The rape and sex offense trial of Timothy Price, 31, of Owings Mills, MD is scheduled to begin at 9:30AM tomorrow before Judge Robert B. Kershaw, 406 Mitchell Courthouse, 110 N. Calvert Street.

           

            The Baltimore City Grand Jury indicted Price February 27, 2008 of second-degree rape, sex offense and sexual child abuse.

 

            Court documents allege Price had sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old victim on three occasions at different locations between December 2007 and January 2008. 

 

            Price remains held on $1 million bail in the Baltimore City Jail.

 

            Assistant State’s Attorney Katherine Moxley of the Sex Offense Division will prosecute this case.
