CHRISTOPHER SHAW INDICTED FOR TRESPASSING, ASSAULT AND MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

 

Shaw charged with assault on three citizens.

 

 

            Baltimore, MD – June 23, 2008 – State’s Attorney Patricia C. Jessamy announced today that the Baltimore City Grand Jury indicted Christopher Shaw , 23 of the 1300 block of Glenwood Avenue on charges of trespassing and third-degree burglary..

 

            Court documents allege on May 30, 2008 Shaw, Charles Dominic Williams and one other male trespassed and burglarized three victims at a home in the 3500 block of Reisterstown Road.  Charging documents further allege the residence had a “No Trespassing” sign posted on the door.

 

An arraignment is scheduled for July 14, 2008 before Judge Michel Pierson, Room 329 Courthouse East.  Assistant State’s Attorney Michelle Wilson will prosecute the case.
