Bernstein announced today.

On September 8, 2011, the Grand Jury indicted Dunn, 28, on two counts of auto manslaughter, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death, driving under the influence, and related charges. On the same day, the Grand Jury indicted Myles, 26, on the charge of being an accessory after the fact.

Myles is scheduled to be arraigned on October 6, 2011. Dunn's arraignment is scheduled for October 7, 2011.
