| The "Hooked on Books" Coalition is planning a City-wide "Hooked on Books" book drive. Realizing that reading is fundamental, the Coalition is working to inspire a love for books and reading in our youth. Students must have access to books to succeed. Realizing the scarcity of resources currently available to provide books to students, the "Hooked on Books" book drive will provide needed books for our children to nurture a love of reading and to provide educational resources as well. The "Hooked on Books" Coalition is a partnership amongst the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office, the Baltimore City Public School System, The Enoch Pratt Free Library, and Baltimore Reads. |
