Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City

October 10, 2012 -- Concluding a four-month joint investigation by state and federal authorities, the Baltimore City Grand Jury indicted four men last week for a summer-long drug conspiracy. Teddic Anderson, 23, Randy Eniss, 24, Rashad Foots, 22, and Donnell Vannison, 22, are each charged with conspiring to distribute cocaine and heroin from June 2012 to September 2012.

The indictments allege a series of narcotics transactions that took place in the tight-knit community of Westgate in Southwest Baltimore, including numerous drug sales near a local elementary school. Federal agents and task force officers with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Baltimore Police Department conducted the investigation, which included controlled audio- and video-recorded purchases of narcotics by undercover officers complemented by police surveillance and other investigative techniques.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt. A person is innocent unless and until proven guilty.

The Major Investigations Unit is responsible for the prosecution of this case.
