6.15.11: Tiffany Williams Sentenced to Nearly 23 Years for Attacking Three Women

June 15, 2011 -- Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Lynn K. Stewart sentenced Tiffany Williams today to nearly 23 years in prison for attackign three women and violating the terms of her probation.

In November 2009, Williams assault two sisters outside of a West Baltimore lounge, beating one of her victims in the head with a wooden baseball bat, stabbing the other eight times, puncturing the woman's lung. Both women recovered, with the stabbign victim requiring abdominal surgery.

Less than two months later, in the early morning of New Year's Day, Williams was in a West Baltimore night club when she slashed the face of another patron with a knife, producing a gash of approximately 3.5 inches.

Williams, 30 pled guilty to three counts of first-degree assult for the attacks. Judge Stewart also ruled that Williams violated the terms of her probation when she committed the assaults. She was serving probatio nfor an earlier narcotics conviction.

For the assault charges and probation violation, Judge Stewart sentenced Williams to a total of 22 years, 11 months, and 29 days in prison.

Assistant State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby prosecuted the case.
