Gregg Solomon

Gregg Solomon-Lucas

Deputy State's Attorney

Gregg Solomon-Lucas serves as the Deputy State’s Attorney for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office. Solomon-Lucas earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Sociology from SUNY College at Buffalo, her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law, and her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. She has over twenty-five years of experience as a Baltimore City prosecutor. Previously, she served as the Division Chief of the Domestic Violence Division and the Deputy Division Chief of the Family Violence Unit for the State’s Attorney’s Office. Most recently, she served as the Drug Treatment Court Prosecutor.
