Chief Administrative Officer

Roland R. Selby, Jr. serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.  Selby is a native of Baltimore and a proud alum of the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and Morgan State University.  Before joining the State’s Attorney’s Office, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services.  Most recently, Selby served as Chief Operations Officer for the Office of Equity and Civil Rights in Baltimore City.
